We are looking for a dynamic and performance-driven Area Sales Manager to lead sales growth and strengthen our presence in the assigned territory.
🔹 Industry Preference: Cattle Feed / Agri-Inputs / FMCG
🔹 Experience Required: 3–5 years (Cattle Feed background preferred)
🔑 Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve primary & secondary sales targets as per business plan
- Develop and expand a strong dealer/distributor network
- Identify new business opportunities and appoint new dealers
- Conduct regular field visits, farmer meetings & promotional activities
- Track competitor activities and market trends
- Ensure timely collections and accurate sales reporting
